Role Description
We are looking for an HR Generalist (with Admin Support) for our Coimbatore Head Office.
This role involves handling day-to-day HR operations along with supporting office administration activities.
Responsibilities
- Handle employee attendance and payroll support
- Manage onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling
- Follow up with employees for attendance and reporting
- Support daily HR operations and coordination
Additional Responsibilities:
- Office administration and vendor coordination
- Basic facility management support
- Travel to branch offices when required
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an HR role
- Basic knowledge of HR operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to handle both HR and Admin responsibilities
- Willing to travel when required
- Based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate
