Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical skill requirements and match candidates effectively.
- Manage core HR operations, including onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and employee exits.
- Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
- Drive performance management, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, generate MIS reports, and optimize HR systems and tools.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with proven expertise in recruitment (especially tech roles).
- Strong grasp of technical positions, industry tools, and hiring platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri).
- In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
