Role Overview:
Azista Space is seeking a dynamic and driven HR Generalist to join our fast-growing team in the space and advanced technology sector. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a high-performance, innovation-driven environment and is passionate about building strong people practices.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition (TA): Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
- Learning & Development (L&D): Support and execute employee training programs, skill development initiatives, and performance improvement plans.
- Talent Management (TM): Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, performance management, and career development programs.
- HR Operations & Administration: Handle HR policies, documentation, compliance, employee records, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Employee Experience: Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational values and business goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA / MHRM in Human Resources (Mandatory)
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations / Talent Acquisition roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance, and statutory requirements
- Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and L&D initiatives
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, ATS platforms, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
