Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Executive – HR Generalist to join our team in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role.
The role will be responsible for managing on-boarding, payroll management and HR operations. In the initial phase this role will be actively engaged in Recruitment activities also.
We are setting up a new Unit and team in Gurugram, so we are looking for candidates who can thrive in a fast growing "Startup Culture". This role will require a "proactive attitude", the capability to "work independently" and the drive to deliver without close supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Talent Acquisition process for open positions. For initial period this will remain a primary function.
- Responsible for posting job requirements on various platforms (LinkedIn expertise necessary).
- Right attitude towards understanding JDs for correct job posting.
- Initial screening, managing interview rounds.
- Initial negotiations and rolling out Offer Letters.
- On-boarding management.
- Explain company policies and manage initial induction phase.
- Act as HR SPOC for all employee concerns related to company policies, payroll, etc.
- Coordination of all HR Operations function, including compliance management.
- Comfortable with using digital platform and tools. A learner’s mindset is necessary (willingness to leverage digital tools & platforms).
- Work closely with Marketing team to add value in employer branding efforts on LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Support for Admin related activities would be required (basic coordination).
Skills & Experience
- Fluent in spoken and written English (necessary).
- Strong communication skills and candidate handling skills (necessary).
- Experienced in hiring through various online platforms (skill in LinkedIn usage is necessary).
- Basic knowledge of HR legal compliance and Salary structure/components.
- Highlight if you have any foreign language skills other than English. Mention the level of proficiency.
- Experience in IT staffing company is strongly preferred, especially for US or EU markets.
Years of Job Experience
3-6 years of demonstrable and proven work experience as HR Generalist, Recruiter or similar role.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or any Bachelor’s Degree with relevant HR experience.
