At our healthcare client company (a global medical credentialing and revenue cycle management healthcare firm), the HR Generalist role is a critical remote position. It requires hands-on handling of Indian HR operations combined with a deep understanding of US healthcare recruitment, global workforce management, and night shift operations.
Core responsibilities of the role include:
- Talent Acquisition & US Operations: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring professionals for US-focused operations (Medical Billing, Credentialing, and Licensing).
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding/offboarding to performance appraisals. Fostering workplace culture and maintaining high employee engagement.
- HR Systems: Digitizing routine HR processes and managing HR Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate tracking and analytics.
Requirements:
- Typically, 5+ years of HR experience, with an MBA in HR or equivalent degree preferred.
- Proven experience in India-based HR operations and exposure to US recruitment processes.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Mandatory Requirements:
- Has a fast dedicated laptop/PC I5+, 8GB Ram, Windows 11 (licensed and activated), MS Office 2013 + (working copy).
- Quiet home office with no distractions
- Have at least 1 year of experience working from home successfully during EST hours
- Minimum dedicated fast internet 100MB+ (must be fiber or cable into your home)
- 9am-6pm EST Mon-Fri shift Full time job.
