About the Opportunity A growing player in the technology and enterprise solutions sector serving domestic and international clients, we focus on delivering scalable products and services across business functions. We are hiring an on-site HR Generalist to own and elevate performance management, talent review and people analytics for our India operations. Role & Responsibilities Own the end-to-end performance management cycle: goal-setting (KRA/KPI/OKR), mid-cycle reviews, annual appraisals, rating consolidation and communication. Design, implement and maintain performance frameworks, competency models and scorecards that align with business objectives and role families. Partner with managers and business leaders to run talent reviews, calibration sessions and succession-planning workshops; provide data-driven recommendations for development and retention. Manage HRIS/PMS configuration and data integrity for performance modules; produce leadership dashboards, variance analyses and actionable insights using HR metrics. Coach and train managers on effective performance conversations, calibration norms, development plans and performance-improvement processes. Administer performance-related policies and processes, handle rating appeals and improvement plans, and ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have (Skills) Performance Management Systems HRIS MS Excel Talent Review Preferred (Skills) Succession Planning SAP SuccessFactors Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline (or equivalent HR credentials). Proven experience managing end-to-end performance management processes within a corporate environment; experience in technology or services organisations is a plus. Strong analytical orientation with experience delivering HR reports, dashboards and insights to senior stakeholders.
