Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an HR Generalist, HR Recruiting Specialist, or Assistant HR Manager. You will manage and implement HR policies, oversee employee benefits, and handle benefits administration. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment laws. Collaboration with various teams to support organizational growth and provide HR-related consultation is also expected.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree/ PG in Human Resources

JD/ Key Responsibilities:
• Hiring expertise in Events/ Media Sector (for Sales, BD, Digital Marketing, Content Writer, Graphic Designers, Web Developers etc.)
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
• Handle employee onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentations.
• Maintaining payrolls, attendance and leave tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
• Organising team meetings, employee engagement activities, festive planning.
• Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, Google Workspace, and Trending HR tools.
• Manage operational and administrative support tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with vendors or external stakeholders when required.
• May need to travel occasionally for team engagement during events.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
