Job Title: Assistant HR Manager
Location: Noida (2 Manufacturing Plants)
Salary: 30,000 45,000 CTC
Interview Dates: 27th 28th April(AFTER 1PM)
Role Overview
Looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to handle HR operations, statutory compliance, payroll, and employee relations across two plants (200 employees).
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, onboarding exit formalities
Payroll, attendance leave management
ESI, PF statutory compliance
Employee relations grievance handling
HR reports, MIS policy implementation
Requirements
Graduate/MBA (HR preferred)
5+ years HR experience (manufacturing preferred)
Strong knowledge of PF, ESI, payroll compliance
HRMS/ERP (SAP B1 preferred)
Good communication problem-solving skills
Knowledge of IATF 16949
