JOB ROLE: HR Generalist
LOCATION: KOLKATA (Local travel within West Bengal is required)
EXPERIENCE: At least 6 months
SALARY: Based on the experience ( Around Rs. 25,000)
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an HR Generalist with 1–2 years of relevant experience to manage core HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment coordination and onboarding
• Employee documentation and lifecycle management
• PF & ESI handling and statutory compliance
• HR operations and employee support activities
Preferred Skills:
• Hands-on experience in HR operations
• Knowledge of PF, ESI, and compliance processes
• End-user experience in SAP will be a strong advantage
