People & Culture Specialist (HR Generalist) with
3–4 years of experience to help us scale our global team and keep our "fun-factor" at an all-time high.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Culture Architect: Create and lead initiatives that make our office the best place to work. Think team-building retreats, "Genomic Jam Sessions," and wellness programs that actually work.
- Global Talent Scout: We’re expanding! You’ll help us find and onboard top-tier talent across different time zones and cultures.
- Employee Experience Guru: From a seamless day-one onboarding to professional development pathways, you’ll ensure every team member feels valued and empowered.
- Operational Excellence: Manage the nuts and bolts—policy implementation, performance management, and HR analytics—with a focus on agility and transparency.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3–4 Years of Experience: You’ve been in the HR trenches, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
- The "Vibe" Factor: You’re approachable, empathetic, and known for solving problems before they even become "problems."
- Global Mindset: You understand (or are eager to learn) the nuances of hiring and managing teams across different regions.
- Execution Focus: You don’t just suggest ideas; you roll up your sleeves and bring them to life.
