Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Generalist role based in Chandigarh. The HR Generalist will manage various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee onboarding, workplace compliance, employee relations, and HR operations. Key responsibilities also include facilitating training and development programs, maintaining accurate employee records, and collaborating across departments to support organizational goals. The HR Generalist will act as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Employee Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Acquisition
  • Skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Workforce Compliance
  • Expertise in HR Policies, Employment Laws, and Workplace Best Practices
  • Ability to implement and manage Performance Management systems and processes
  • Proficient in using HR Management Systems (HRMS) and other related tools
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are a strong advantage
