About The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our vibrant team at Finzarc. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and HR documentation. As a startup, the ideal candidate should be adaptable, comfortable building HR processes from the ground up, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with a strategic mindset. Your primary goal will be to support our growing workforce by ensuring a positive employee experience, maintaining HR policies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with employees at all levels. Strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple HR functions efficiently. A basic understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and compliance requirements is necessary to ensure adherence to legal standards. Prior experience in a startup environment or in fast-paced settings will be advantageous. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred, along with relevant HR certifications.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, facilitating communication, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure HR compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards to mitigate risks and uphold organizational integrity.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Create, update, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
- Support onboarding processes, including orientation sessions and documentation, to ensure new employees integrate smoothly into the company.
- Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives to promote employee growth and engagement.
- Maintain accurate HR records, manage employee data, and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and company culture.
