About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team in a multifaceted role that combines end-to-end Talent Acquisition with HR Business Partnering responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our organizational growth by managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. This role requires a proactive approach to talent sourcing, employee engagement, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate qualification in HR or a related field, such as an MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources. A minimum of 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of HR best practices, the HR Business Partner model, and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with HRMS tools and a proven track record of managing multiple HR functions effectively are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Hiring)
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate selection processes.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate MIS reports for management review.
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designated business units, providing HR guidance and support.
- Partner with managers to develop workforce planning and hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and support resolution processes.
- Assist in performance management activities, including appraisals and development plans.
- Advise managers on HR policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
HR Generalist Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations.
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Manage exit formalities, including conducting exit interviews and processing full & final settlements.
