HRBP – Sr. HR Generalist

Education : MBA HR
Industry Preference: E-Commerce, Software Development, or Retail Chain
Your Responsibilities:
Talent Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction, and payroll
- Build and enforce HR policies and ensure compliance
- Create manpower & succession plans
- Drive employee engagement and build high-performing teams
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs, run assessments & design training programs
- Collaborate with department heads to boost performance through L&D
Performance Management
- Lead the entire performance cycle including KRA/KPI development, reviews, and calibration
Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.)
- Manage leave, attendance, and benefits administration
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HR experience (4+ years), ideally in fast-paced, dynamic industries
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with MS Office and modern HR tools
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset
