Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Gurugram. This role is pivotal in driving our daily HR operations, with a specific focus on streamlining end-to-end recruitment, ensuring seamless payroll administration, and managing core HR operational processes. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring strict adherence to organizational policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs and sourcing top-tier talent to conducting interviews and finalizing onboarding processes to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Payroll & Compensation: Oversee accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, including attendance tracking, statutory compliance, benefits administration, and final settlements.
- HR Operations: Implement and maintain robust HR policies, manage employee documentation, and oversee daily operational workflows to improve efficiency.
- Compliance & Relations: Ensure total adherence to local labor laws and internal regulations. Proactively manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and facilitate a positive, inclusive workplace environment.
- Strategic Growth: Partner with leadership to develop HR initiatives that support organizational objectives and drive employee engagement and retention.
Qualificationns:
- Experience: Proven experience in an HR Generalist capacity, with a strong, hands-on background in end-to-end recruitment, payroll management, and HR operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HR information systems, payroll software, and MS Office Suite.
- Compliance: Thorough knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry-standard HR policies.
- Interpersonal Excellence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Discretion & Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential employee information with the highest level of professional ethics.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
