Role Overview
PMX Health is a fast-growing preventive and longevity platform. We’re hiring constantly and need someone who can build the people infrastructure to match our pace.
We’re looking for an HR Generalist and L&D Manager who is a tech-savvy collaborator and true generalist, equally comfortable running payroll compliance one hour and designing a new-hire orientation the next.
This is a foundational people operations role where you will own the full HR function, from talent acquisition to compliance to learning, with high ownership and minimal hand-holding.
We hire approximately 2 people per month across Clinical, Ops, Tech, and Business functions. You will ensure every hire has a seamless experience from offer to onboarding, and that their teams are set up to support their growth.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Own end-to-end hiring across Clinical, Ops, Tech, and Business functions (approximately 2 hires per month)
- Design and manage pre-onboarding and onboarding checklists.
- Partner with hiring managers on role briefs, structured interviews, and candidate closing
- Support hiring forecasts, workforce planning, and budgeting
Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations
- Manage payroll and ensure compliance with employment regulations
- Ensure timely completion of quarterly performance reviews
- Oversee leave management, appraisals, and grievance processes via Keka HR
- Maintain employee records and act as the first point of contact for HR queries
Learning & Development
- Own and run structured new employee orientation programmes
- Design cross-training initiatives to improve team flexibility and reduce silos
- Coordinate training for product and tech updates
- Build and promote a culture of continuous learning and development
What We’re Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of generalist HR experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience with payroll, compliance, and HR operations in India
- Familiarity with Keka HR or similar HRMS platforms
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
- Strong experience in onboarding and training programme design or facilitation
- Tech-savvy with a curiosity for improving HR systems and processes
- Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Ability to operate with ownership and remain calm in ambiguous environments
