Role: HR Generalist - Pharma Industry
Location: BKC, Mumbai
Work Mode: 6 Days Work from Office
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA
Mandatory Requirements
- MBA / PGDM / MSW (HR)
- 3-6 years of experience in Pharma industry
- Experience in field-force hiring and bulk recruitment
- Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management
Roles And Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for field staff and support roles
- Handle bulk hiring and ensure quick closures
- Coordinate with regional/sales heads for manpower planning
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through multiple channels
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining experience
- HR Operations
- Manage complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Maintain HRMS, employee database, and documentation
- Track attendance, leave, and field reporting (DCR/beat plans)
- Handle confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities
- Ensure policy implementation across regions
- Employee Engagement & Relations
- Act as a bridge between head office and field staff
- Address employee grievances and retention concerns
- Drive engagement initiatives for field teams
- Support performance management and disciplinary actions
- Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Manage payroll inputs including attendance, travel allowances, incentives, and reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, and labour laws
- Handle state-wise compliance (Maharashtra & Gujarat)
- Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and audits
- Maintain statutory records and support inspections
