We are looking for a smart, organised, professional, and people-oriented individual who can efficiently manage front office operations, parent communication, staff coordination, and human resource responsibilities while contributing positively to the school’s culture and administration.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The candidate will act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff while also supporting the school’s HR and administrative operations. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, multitasking ability, administrative efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
- Front Office & Reception Management
• Handle reception desk operations professionally and courteously
• Welcome and assist parents, visitors, vendors, and guests
• Attend and manage incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries
• Maintain visitor records and front office registers
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and meetings
• Ensure proper upkeep and presentation of reception/front office area
• Address parent concerns politely and redirect them appropriately
• Support day-to-day school administrative operations
2. Admissions & Parent Relationship Management
• Handle admission inquiries and follow-up communication
• Guide parents regarding admission procedures, fee structure, and school facilities
• Maintain inquiry databases and admission records
• Coordinate admission documentation and student file management
• Assist in organizing admission drives, orientations, and counseling sessions
• Support retention and parent satisfaction initiatives
3. Human Resource (HR) Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
• Maintain employee records, joining files, and staff documentation
• Coordinate onboarding and induction of new staff members
• Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data
• Draft appointment letters, experience letters, warning letters, and official communication
• Coordinate staff appraisal and feedback documentation
• Support implementation of HR policies and workplace discipline
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information
4. Administration & Coordination
• Coordinate circulars, notices, and internal communication
• Maintain digital and physical records systematically
• Support principal and management in administrative tasks
• Coordinate school events, meetings, workshops, and functions
• Manage stationery and office inventory requirements
• Assist in CBSE-related documentation and administrative compliance work
• Coordinate with transport, accounts, and academic departments when required
5. Communication & Branding Support
• Handle basic social media inquiry responses and communication
• Support school marketing and admission campaigns
• Coordinate photo/video permissions and communication during events
• Assist in maintaining professional communication standards of the institution

🎓 Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
(MBA/HR/Admin background preferred)
💼 Experience:
1–3 years preferred in School Administration / HR / Reception / Counseling / Office Management
