Job Description: HR Fresher
This is a full-time, on-site role for an entry-level Human Resources (HR) professional based in Navalur, Chennai. The HR Fresher will be instrumental in supporting various HR functions, contributing to the smooth operation of personnel-related activities.
The successful candidate will assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and fairness. They will also play a key role in managing employee benefits, helping to administer various programs designed to support the workforce. A significant aspect of the role involves supporting staff onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees joining and leaving the organization.
Responsibilities further include coordinating recruitment efforts, from posting job advertisements to scheduling interviews and assisting with candidate communication. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records is crucial, as is addressing employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
