Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Fresher located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The HR Fresher will assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, maintain and update employee records, handle employee queries, and support human resources initiatives. Additional responsibilities include aiding in compliance with labor laws and assisting in performance management processes to support the organization's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Basic understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee record-keeping
- Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or tools is a plus
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a bonus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field
