Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram for an HR Faculty member. The HR Faculty will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lectures, creating instructional materials, and assessing students to ensure they grasp HR concepts effectively. The role involves staying updated on the latest HR trends, mentoring students on professional ethics, and fostering a supportive learning environment to encourage student growth. Collaboration with peers to update curricula and implement innovative teaching methods is also expected.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resource Management concepts and practices, including recruitment, organizational behavior, performance management, and labor laws.
- Proficiency in instructional design and teaching methodologies to deliver content effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills to engage and support students.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for creating and managing online course content.
- Experience in research and staying updated on the latest trends and advancements in the HR domain.
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching or corporate HR training is a plus.
