Role Description
We are seeking an HR Faculty member to join our team and deliver engaging, industry-relevant content to develop students into successful professionals. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kochi and involves preparing and delivering course materials, mentoring students, evaluating their progress, and staying updated with the latest HR practices to incorporate into the curriculum. The faculty will also collaborate with the academic team to regularly refine and enhance the course content for optimal learning outcomes.
Qualifications
2-3 year experience
- in HR-related topics such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance, Payroll and statutory benefits.
- Strong training, teaching, or mentoring skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to design course materials, assess student performance, and provide constructive feedback
- Capacity to stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into the curriculum
- Prior experience in teaching or a corporate HR environment is an asset
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment that supports diverse student needs
