Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pamohi, Guwahati.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment & Role Closure
• Diverse Hiring: Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles:
• Ground Staff: Warehouse Associates & Store Associates.
• Leadership: Warehouse Executives & Supply Chain Executives.
• Sourcing Strategy: Utilize job boards, social media, local community outreach, and walk-in drives to maintain a steady pipeline across Guwahati and surrounding regions.
• Selection: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews with operations managers, and manage the offer negotiation process to ensure quick role closure.
2. Onboarding & Benefits Communication
• Ensure they feel integrated from Day 1.
• Clearly explain compensation structures, insurance, PTO, and statutory benefits (like PF/ESI) to candidates and new employees to ensure transparency.
3. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
• Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for ground-level staff grievances.
• Advocacy: Balance company policy with employee welfare, ensuring a fair and productive work environment.
• Retention: Identify patterns in turnover and suggest actionable improvements to leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 1-2 years in Recruitment, preferably within the Logistics, E-commerce, or Retail sectors.
• Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Guwahati labor market and sourcing channels in Northeast India.
• Versatility: Ability to switch between "bulk hiring" mode for associates and "headhunting" mode for executives.
• Communication: Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese is highly preferred to effectively engage with our diverse workforce.
