📍 Location: Daman | 🏭 Plant/Factory setup
3–4 years experience | Blue-collar workforce essential
Key strengths we need:
PF/ESI compliance & payroll support
Attendance, OT, leave reconciliation
Grievance handling & discipline tracking
Recruitment coordination & onboarding
Must have:
MBA/PGDM (HR) OR Diploma in Labour Laws
Proficiency in MS Excel & biometric systems
Local language + basic English | High integrity
