Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive, located in Surat. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, maintaining employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing other human resources tasks. The role involves supporting the development and execution of HR strategies, facilitating employee engagement, handling administrative duties, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Strong understanding of Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
- Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage and resolve workplace issues
- Experience in the Solar EPC or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
