Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive/Senior Executive (Recruitment) based in Vasai. The responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining recruitment databases, creating job descriptions, conducting onboarding activities, and contributing to talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals
- Experience in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate suitability
- Strong organizational skills to maintain and manage recruitment records and databases
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning
- Familiarity with onboarding practices and processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in HR recruitment or related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
