TekPillar® is looking for a passionate and energetic HR Executive - Recruitment to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a successful career in recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate management while working with leading clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR discussions and candidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
- Support recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and hiring initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 1+ Year in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
