We are looking for a proactive and people-first HR Executive & Recruiter to manage both human resource operations and talent acquisition.
The ideal candidate will drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and help build a strong and positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage attendance, leave, and timekeeping processes
- Monitor and enforce company policies, rules, and code of conduct
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and escalations
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies
- Coordinate salary processing and handle payroll-related concerns
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and company culture programs
- Manage and conduct Monthly appraisal cycles, Semi Annual and Annual Appraisal Cycles.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Perform proactive headhunting using job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Manage offer roll-outs, salary negotiations, and joining formalities
- Conduct structured onboarding and company orientation programs for new hires
- Manage off boarding processes and conduct exit interviews
Requirements
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance
Hands-on recruiting experience across multiple roles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in HR tools and job portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri
MBA / BBA with HR specialisation (mandatory)
