HR Executive – Plant Operations

Location: Vasai
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Experience Required: 5–10 Years (Plant/Factory HR Handling Mandatory)
Preference: Candidates residing near Vasai / nearby locations preferred
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and plant-focused HR Executive who has hands-on exposure to factory operations, statutory compliance, workmen management, and attendance control. The candidate must be comfortable working in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Plant HR Operations
- Handling complete plant HR activities
- Managing workmen attendance, overtime, and shift planning
- Maintaining discipline and shop-floor coordination
- Handling worker grievances and conflict resolution
2️⃣ Statutory Compliance
- PF, ESI, PT, LWF compliance coordination
- Labour law documentation and inspection handling
- Maintaining registers under Factories Act
- Contractor compliance & documentation
3️⃣ Payroll & Attendance
- Daily muster verification
- Leave records maintenance
- Overtime calculation
- Supporting monthly payroll processing
4️⃣ Recruitment & Onboarding
- Workmen hiring
- Joining formalities
- Documentation & file management
- Induction for plant employees
5️⃣ Industrial Relations
- Handling worker issues
- Maintaining harmony between management & workmen
- Warning letters / disciplinary documentation
🔹 Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws
- Hands-on experience in plant HR
- Strong documentation skills
- Good coordination with production team
- Basic Excel knowledge (attendance, MIS)
- Ability to work independently in plant environment
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (HR preferred)
- 5–10 years experience in manufacturing plant HR
- Stable job history preferred
- Nearby residence (Vasai / Nalasopara / Virar / Palghar belt preferred)
