Job Title: HR Executive Payroll Talent Acquisition
Job Summary
The HR Executive Payroll Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing and supporting recruitment activities. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll execution while attracting, sourcing, and onboarding the right talent to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Maintain employee salary records, attendance, leave, and deductions
- Handle statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS, PT, etc.)
- Coordinate with finance for payroll inputs and reconciliations
- Address employee queries related to salary, taxes, and benefits
- Generate payroll reports and maintain confidentiality of data
Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments
- Negotiate salary and release offer letters
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Requirements Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in payroll and recruitment
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Experience with HRMS/payroll software
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and hiring processes
