About the role:
An experienced Talent Acquisition Executive will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify current and future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Executive are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Role Highlights:
- Hands on experience in End to End Recruitment for entry-level/ Mid-Level
- Sourcing & Screening profiles according to the job specifications
- Develop pool of qualified candidates
- Grievance handling
- Well versed with Various Recruitment tools (Including but not limited to Naukri, LinkedIn,Facebook, Free Job Sites Etc.)
- Confident, Energetic, Target Oriented
- Should be able to capture and maintain data
- Should be able to handle both Recruitments (80%) & HR Operations (20%)
- Hand Holding new joiner in terms of HR operations and following up for biometric code & employee code.
- Generating and maintaining various trackers and reports required to highlight the daily Productivity
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years in a Sales driven organization.
- Any Graduate
- Mandatory: Prior Recruitment Experience & Excellent English communication skills
