Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Executive (Recruitment) who will be primarily
responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for freshers who are keen
to build a career in talent acquisition and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and
coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes for open roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and coordinate further interview rounds.
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal
stakeholders.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Coordination & Support:
Follow up with candidates for interview updates and feedback.
Assist in offer rollout and joining coordination.
Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely closures.
Basic HR Operations:
Support in maintaining employee records and documentation.
Assist in attendance tracking and HR administrative tasks.
Help with onboarding formalities for new joiners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience (internship in recruitment/HR preferred).
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of hiring processes and sourcing techniques.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is a plus.
MBA/Graduate in HR or related field preferred.
