Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Mumbai- Vile Parle

Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance. This role ensures smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage onboarding and induction programs for new hires
- Employee Relations
- Address employee queries and concerns
- Maintain a healthy work environment and positive culture
- Support engagement initiatives and events
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR documents (offer letters, appointment letters, etc.)
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee data
- Payroll & Benefits
- Assist in payroll processing and coordination
- Manage employee benefits and reimbursements
- Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Assist in policy development and implementation
- Performance Management
- Support appraisal processes and performance reviews
- Help track KPIs and employee progress
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1+year of experience in HR or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRMS tools)
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
