Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollout.
IT HARDWARE / NETWORKING / SERVICES PROFILES AS WELL.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring requirements.
Manage the complete onboarding process including documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview to onboarding.
