Role Description
We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time HR Executive / Intern role based on-site in Indore. Responsibilities include executing recruitment processes such as sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires. Other duties involve maintaining employee records, coordinating training programs, assisting with payroll and compliance, and addressing employee queries. In this role, you will collaborate closely with department leads to support organizational talent management and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Strong familiarity with HR operations such as payroll, compliance, employee records management, and employee engagement activities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HR tools and platforms such as HRIS systems or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
