Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Executive Intern who is organized, proactive, and interested in talent acquisition and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment processes and employee coordination in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates through job portals, databases, and social platforms
* Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
* Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with applicants
* Assist in onboarding processes and documentation
* Maintain and update candidate and employee records
* Support job posting, tracking, and hiring reports
* Contribute to improving recruitment workflows and processes
Required Qualifications:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
* Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems
* Basic knowledge of HR policies and documentation
* Interest in talent acquisition and HR operations
