Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized and people-oriented HR Executive Intern who is interested in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes in a dynamic remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals and databases
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
• Engage in employee communication and support HR initiatives
• Ensure smooth execution of HR operations and administrative tasks
Required Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with job portals and applicant tracking systems
• Basic knowledge of HR policies and documentation
• Interest in talent acquisition and employee engagement
