Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract, onboard, and retain top talent within the garment industry.
- Handle employee relations efficiently, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace environment.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems for accurate employee data management.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience as HR Executive or similar role within the garment or textile industry
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll software
- Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred
- Certifications in HR or related fields
- Experience with talent acquisition in the garment sector
