Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Indore. The HR Recruiter will focus on managing the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The individual will also manage recruiting reports and assist in creating recruitment strategies tailored to the company’s goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategies, and Interview Techniques
• Strong skills in Candidate Sourcing, Resume Screening, and Recruitment Tools
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous recruitment experience in the trading or financial services sectors is a plus
• Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and meet recruitment deadlines
