Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for MBA (HR) freshers who are eager to start their career in Human Resources within a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interview coordination)
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain HR records and attendance
- Support HR operations and internal coordination
- Assist in employee engagement activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA in any specialization (Mandatory)
- Freshers are welcome
- Must be based in Madurai
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & HR processes
