About the Role.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic HR Executive – Employee Engagement to help shape an inspiring workplace where employees feel connected, valued, and motivated. If you’ re energized by culture-building, creative programming, and finding ways to make people genuinely enjoy where they work, this role is for you. In this entry-level position, you will play a key role in designing and executing initiatives that strengthen our culture, boost morale, and elevate the overall employee experience. You ’ll collaborate across teams, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help transform feedback into meaningful action.
Key Responsibilities.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Plan and execute company-wide & office location specific engagement initiatives including recognition.
- programs, wellness activities, themed events, cultural celebrations, learning sessions, and team-building experiences that bring our people together.
- Enhance the employee lifecycle experience, supporting onboarding, buddy programs, and cultural integration activities that help new hires feel connected from day one.
- Develop creative communication materials-such as newsletters, announcements, event invitations, and internal campaigns—to keep employees informed, engaged, and excited.
- Coordinate employee feedback channels, including pulse surveys, focus groups, and check-ins; compile insights and assist HR leadership in identifying trends and implementing improvement strategies.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-impact engagement initiatives, workshops, and experiences.
- Analyze engagement data and participation metrics to assess program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
- Serve as a culture ambassador, consistently promoting inclusion, collaboration, and a positive workplace atmosphere.
Requirements.
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Multilingual (desired).
