At Bansal Groups, we have been proudly servicing the steel industry since 1979. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a versatile, highly organized, and proactive HR Manager cum Executive Assistant to join our team and make a direct impact on our organization.
In this unique dual-capacity role, you will be the heartbeat of our day-to-day HR operations and the right hand to our Directors.
β¨ What You'll Do:
π₯ As our HR Manager:
- Lead HR Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for all departments for HR issues, policy implementation, and grievance management.
- Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle: Drive end-to-end white and grey-collar recruitment, onboarding, performance management (KRA/KPI frameworks), increments, promotions, and exits.
- Structure & Strategy: Establish, maintain, and refine organizational structures and salary breakdowns while ensuring compliance with standard compensation guidelines.
- Employee Engagement: Spearhead initiatives to keep our team motivated, connected, and heard.
π As an Executive Assistant to the Directors:
- Direct Coordination: Seamlessly assist company Directors in daily schedules, diary maintenance, and administrative tasks.
- High-Level Communication: Manage daily routine emails, draft critical written communications, and prepare impactful presentations for key internal/external meetings.
- Meeting Management: Participate in critical meetings, write detailed minutes of meetings (MoM), and rigorously follow up on action points.
- External Relations: Coordinate travel, manage key appointments, and attend client meetings when necessary.
π― Who We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of robust experience in an organization with a minimum of 25 white-collar employees or a total strength of 75+ employees.
- Education: Graduate from a reputed institute.
- Skills: * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (impeccable command of language).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding interpersonal, coordination, and people management skills.
- Thorough knowledge of HR policies, compensation structure, and performance systems.
- Attributes: Absolute honesty, confidentiality, and sincerity. A self-starter who knows how to navigate informal structures to "get things done."
