Who Can Apply:

* Qualification -MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM)

* Experience - 1 to 2 years of experience

* Freshers can apply if they demonstrate strong communication & learning ability

* Basic working knowledge of CRM & AI Tools is mandatory.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Build and manage a strong, disciplined workforce

• Handle recruitment like a strategist, not a recruiter

• Own employee engagement, performance tracking & culture

• Manage CRM systems and ensure zero lead leakage

• Strengthen customer relationships and follow-up systems

• Coordinate between sales, operations & management.
