Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive position based in New Delhi. The HR Executive will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management processes. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with HR policies and regulations, conducting training sessions, addressing employee queries, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Executive will also support administrative tasks such as payroll, record-keeping, and benefit coordination.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the design, architecture, or interior fit-out industry is a plus
