Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role located in Gandhinagar. The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, record keeping, and implementing HR policies. The role also involves developing strategies to enhance workplace culture, ensure compliance with labor laws, and contribute to organizational growth.

- Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding expertise
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, Labor Laws, and regulatory compliance
- Skills in Employee Relations, Engagement, and Conflict Resolution
- Proficiency in HR Software, Data Management, and Reporting tools
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in an HR role is an advantage
