Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support the company’s human resource operations. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and assisting in day-to-day HR activities to ensure smooth workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Support attendance tracking and leave management.
- Coordinate with management and employees to address HR-related queries.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and company procedures.
- Maintain HR reports and recruitment status updates.
- Support employee engagement activities and workplace communication.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers with strong interest in HR can also apply)
Skills:
- Recruitment and candidate screening
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- HR documentation and record management
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- MS Excel and HR software knowledge
Location:
Changodar, Gujrat, India
