Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive position located in Chandigarh. As an HR Executive, you will manage recruitment, employee onboarding, performance evaluations, and training programs to ensure smooth human resource operations. Additional responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in payroll management, and addressing employee relations matters. The role also involves compliance with labor laws and implementing HR policies that align with the company’s values and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Experience in Performance Management, Training, and Employee Development
- Strong understanding of Labor Laws, Compliance, and HR Policy Implementation
- Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Proficiency in HR software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in the hospitality or service industry is preferred
