About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee engagement, and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
- Support payroll coordination and HR compliance activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Assist in performance management and employee grievance handling.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning and HR support.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HR processes.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with strong coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with HRMS tools (KEKA) and payroll coordination.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
