We’re Hiring | HR Executive (ER / HR Generalist)

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Bhopal!

🔹 Role: HR Executive – ER / Generalist

🔹 Experience: 1+ year

🔹 Location: Bhopal

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Manage Employee Relations (ER) activities and ensure a healthy work environment

Handle employee grievances and provide timely resolutions

Conduct and track RAG (Red-Amber-Green) analysis for HR metrics

Monitor and analyze attrition trends and suggest actionable insights

Support day-to-day HR Generalist activities (engagement, policies, compliance, etc.)

Coordinate with stakeholders to drive employee engagement initiatives

🎯 Requirements:

1+ year of experience in HR (ER / Generalist role preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good analytical skills for reporting (RAG, attrition, MIS)

Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
