Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive who will handle end-to-end HR operations and branch coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee management, office administration, attendance, employee coordination, and daily branch operations.
This role requires someone who can take ownership, maintain discipline within the office, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments and roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other hiring channels
- Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
- Manage offer rollouts, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups
HR Operations
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR databases
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee data management
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and company guidelines
- Handle employee letters, warning emails, and HR communications
Administration & Branch Management
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth branch functioning
- Monitor employee discipline, punctuality, and office decorum
- Coordinate housekeeping, office maintenance, vendor management, and administrative requirements
- Ensure proper management of office assets and inventory
- Handle employee concerns and coordinate with management when required
Employee Management & Engagement
- Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline
- Support employee engagement activities and team coordination
- Address employee queries regarding HR and office operations
- Assist in performance monitoring and employee follow-ups
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance reports, and HR MIS
- Coordinate with different departments for operational and HR requirements
- Share regular updates and reports with management
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, or Operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of HR processes and office administration
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR or related field preferred
Graduates with relevant experience may also apply
